Please ensure your address is correct to avoid additional fees. Fees for undelivered packages that are returned to us are the responsibility of the customer. For your order to be re-sent to you, you must pay for the return shipping fee (if applicable), as well as the cost to re-send your package to you.

Confirmation of updated address and payment for additional fees must be paid within 14 days of when the request is made by Soapfistication. If you do not confirm an updated address and pay additional fees, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued for the amount paid minus all shipping fees. All shipping fees include any return fees as well as the amount paid by Soapfistication for the initial shipment which was returned, even if you qualified for free shipping and didn't pay a shipping fee in your order.
