NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations are not permitted for any digital items and for any 3D printed items, such as molds and bubble baskets. 

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES
If you have selected to subscribe to our subscription boxes and choose to cancel your subscription before the first year term is up, you agree that you will pay a fee equal to 15% of the full retail price of each subscription box that you received in the cancelled year term.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Due to requirements in the European Union for a 14 day cooling off period, orders that will be shipped to the EU will not begin to be processed until 14 days after the order is placed. The 2-week processing guarantee does not apply to orders being shipped to the EU. 

Refunds
If you cancel your order (per EU 14 day cooling off period) We will notify you once your cancellation is approved and processed. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
